The machine also sports an attractive brushed aluminum front and comes in black, red or taupe, meaning it's a great fit for the majority of kitchen designs. It's not free of flaws however. Most reviewers found that it was expensive for a cup-to- bean maker (and isn't equipped with a pitcher of milk).

The BCC02 is a great all-rounder, quiet and efficient and provides great value for money at the current price of PS499. Its only real flaw is that it does not offer the same level customisation like other bean-to-cup machines we have tested. It has a 15 bar pump rather than the more common 19 bar that aren't as efficient to make high-quality espressos. This is a great machine for those who prefer their coffee dark and strong.
